Protein Bagels ALL DAY, EVERY DAY

Society has taken a big turn and realized that the foods we put in our body, even when we think they are healthy, really aren’t. Less is more in today’s world. Less is healthy. Not less food… But less ingredients in each food.

These four ingredient bagels take less than 45 minutes from start to finish. All you will need is:


• 2 cups All Purpose Unbleached Flour (I use King Arthur’s)

• 1 and 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

•2 TSP Baking powder


• 2-3 TSP Salt


How Easy Is It To Make Them?


While you are brewing a cup of coffee or starting your day, go ahead and mix these ingredients above in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and while that is heating up… Knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes.


Once all the ingredients are well incorporated, you can split this dough into 4 different bagels. Shape them into balls with your hands and poke a little hole with your finger in the middle. If you want more than you can double or triple the recipe.


Pop them in the oven for 30 minutes at 375 or until golden brown on the top!


What Makes Protein Bagels So Good?


These bagels pack a whopping 11 to 13 g of protein per bagel. They are around 250 to 270 calories, so much like your normal bagel, maybe a little less calorie wise.


The beauty in these bagels are that the ingredients are clean and you’re not putting any extra chemicals in your body. That means you won’t get the same inflammation response you would get from store-bought. Greek yogurt also has probiotic elements, which is great for your gut health.

Add whatever toppings you want on it… here’s some good ideas:


• cinnamon sugar

• jalapeño cheddar

• everything bagel seasoning

• four cheese
